HIRING OF DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Eligibility 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing / Mass Communication / Media Studies or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum One (01) year of experience in running mega campaigns on Google Ad Words and Facebook Adverts independently.
• Experience in Google plus.
• Ability to perform research, analyzes websites, document changes, and makes decisions regarding the optimization approach.
• Strong Communications skills (both written and spoken).
• Candidates having hands-on experience with Photoshop will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Tools.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer-orientation with good multi-tasking and organizational ability.

Work  Experience

• Hand-on experience of at least five (05) years.

Age

• Maximum forty-five (45) years on the date of publication of this advertisement.

Responsibilities

• Posting engaging content for social media.
• Running ad campaigns on Social Media.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Setting up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Creating content to increase online traffic, engagements & conversations.
• Posting on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc).
• Be able to write engaging, creative, short & crisp and relevant copies and hash-tags for social media.
• Having a classy and trendy visual design sense for social media post / content creation.
• Managing ads on Social Media and its total billing.
• Coordinate with influences for Influence marketing.
• Increasing likes and followers.
• Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices.
• Designing Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads and post them.
