Complaint Handling Officer – Karachi
Experience & Qualification
Minimum Graduate preferably MBA from an HEC recognized University with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- The jobholder will be responsible for end to end Complaints management / resolution and monitoring the Banks Complaint Management System.
- Ensure that all complaints raised are captured in the system, assigned to the correct resolvers and resolved within the shortest time possible.
- Ensure complaints are handled in a fair and speedy manner taking into account the criteria of Transparency, Accessibility and Effectiveness.
- Ensure complaints are handled in compliance according to the Complaints Handling Policy and ensure coordination/follow up with all departments for resolution of complaints based on SBP guidelines.
- Determine the root causes of recurring complaints and formulate improvements to mitigate them.
- Maintain complaint data base on a daily basis and prepare different reports for onward submission to the management and regulator and other authorities after the review of the line Manager.
- Ensure complete documentation of customer disputes.
- Ensure regular follow- ups and escalation with the concerned units which exceed their specified TAT.
- Take customer feedback, analyze and provide management with a better service solution or an alternate.
- Assisting in any other tasks/Assignment as and when entrusted by Management
